Colonics, Colon Irrigation, Colon Hydrotherapy - what does it all mean?
In my next blog post (which has been a long time coming, believe me), I will share information about the different "types" of colonics out there. I will (hopefully) dispel some urban myths, and also explain why I believe the Woods Gravity Method of Colon Hygiene is the safest method out there.
If you have ever had an unpleasant experience with a Colonic, chances are, it was not a Woods Gravity Hygiene method, but rather a colonic done through the pressure system, or the "machine".
