All About POO and colonics, too

I love talking about poo.  It's what I do.  And it's fun and entertaining, too.

I think I may be a poet and did not know it...

So why poo, you ask?  Well, we all do it.  Even Oprah does it!  And whether we are shy about it, talk about it, look at it or are in denial about it, it's a fact of life.  If you ain't pooping, you ain't feeling too good!

Enter Colonic Hydrotherapy, Colonics, Colonic Irrigation, High Enemas, ETC...all different names for essentially the same thing:  an internal bath for your colon, also known as the large intestine.

The Colon is the final part of the digestive tract and is located in the abdomen.  Its main functions are to eliminate waste and absorb water.  It is five feet long and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.  It is inhabited by billions of friendly bacteria (hopefully) which assist in detoxifying waste, synthesizing certain vitamins and minerals, and helping us guard against infection.

So back to poo.  How is it for you?  The average person is carrying anywhere from four to fifteen pounds of fecal matter inside their colon!  :0  If that is not scary, what is.  I know that I, for one, would want to get that stuff moving out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Colonics are wonderful for this.  Most of us eat a far from impeccable diet and for our long term health and longevity, it is essential to do Colon Cleansing  once or twice a year.  You can learn more about Colon Health here.

Coming soon:  My very exciting and entertaining poo rating system.  Guaranteed to please.

And feel free to ask any questions!  I welcome all bums.

Ciao for now,
x.
